We all know that hiring the right flooring installers can make a huge difference in how our floor performs over the years. Finding the right flooring installers isn’t an easy task.
This is the third installment of
9 Things You Should Be Aware Of Before Purchasing New Flooring
which can be downloaded as a free eBook at www.carpet conceptsfl.com.
However, when you have a guideline to follow it helps. When choosing a company to install your flooring, you want someone that has experience in the business. This means they’ve performed installations for some time, that their employees are comfortable with – and good at! – their jobs, and that they have a proven track record of success in our community.
In order for any business to continue operating, that business must meet – and exceed – its clients’ demands. A business that has years of experience is used to performing at an optimal level.
If you choose a company with this experience, you will ensure that your job is completed in a timely manner and to your exact specifications.
Before you commit to a flooring installation company, ask these questions:
- How long they’ve been in business?
- What year was the company founded?
- Is it still operating under the original owners?
- Have there been any serious interruptions in service?
Don’t be afraid to ask about reviews from previous clients. If the company doesn’t have any on file, then check the Internet. Often, Google has reviews of local businesses.
Also look on Angie’s List and Yelp, as well as Superpages.com and Yellowpages.com. Another good resource is Quality Service Pros. Many companies will post reviews on their own website. Be sure to inspect the website of a business you are considering.
Take a moment and check out the Carpet Concepts website. We love it when our clients share with us how they felt about their experience with us.
